STANDARD DELIVERY
- Your order will be delivered between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Someone will need to be at the nominated address to accept and sign for the delivery.
- Estimated delivery time of 7-10 working days does not commence until your payment has been received by us.
- The delivery time of 7-10 working days is an ESTIMATE only and the delivery date will be affected by:
(a) Clearance of your payment to us from your financial institution;
(b) Whether there is a shortage of parts for the system that you have ordered;
(c) Your delivery address. If you live in a non-metropolitan or regional delivery zone a longer delivery time may apply to your order.
- If your order contains non Dell branded products and peripherals (e.g. Logitech keyboard), these products will be delivered separately to your Dell system or printer order.

SCHEDULING A TIMESLOT FOR YOUR DELIVERY
- Pre-scheduling of your delivery will be organised by our delivery company for most metropolitan cities.
This service is only applicable for orders that contain laptops or desktops.

If this option is not available in your area someone will need to be at the nominated address between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday to accept and sign for the delivery.

AFTER HOURS DELIVERY
- This service is available for delivery between 4pm-8pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) at an additional cost of $55.00 per order.
This service is only available in certain metropolitan areas.

CHANGING YOUR ORDER
- We will commence work on your order immediately and accordingly, changes in your order detail may not be possible. Any permissible changes in order detail will incur delivery delays and additional cost.
